Catering Options
Three levels of catering are available: B&B, half board (breakfast and dinner) and full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). All meals that you take at Les Hallais will normally be prepared by us, so you can relax, socialise and enjoy your stay! The menu ideas and pictures below will give you an idea of the style of catering, which varies from day to day and with the seasons. The kitchen is not open to residents but there is a fridge in the bar, which you may use.
For the ample continental breakfast, the emphasis is on simplicity and freshness, served at a time to suit your schedule. We usually provide some different items each day for some variety, such as a brioche or fruit salad.
The breakfast table will typically offer a range of fruit juices, teas, or coffee, cereals with cold milk, and sliced melon or other fresh fruit. Plus brioche and croissants that are freshly baked, to have with jams, honey, butter or margerine.

Dinner is usually a four-course meal including wine (starter, main course, dessert, and cheese), with extra decorations for a special occaisions.
Lunch may be served buffet or family style and some dinners may be BBQs (weather permitting). There is a single set menu for dinner, but allergies and vegetarian requirements can be accommodated with notice; also children's meals and special dietary requirements such as low sugar/carbohydrate for diabetics, low fat, high carbohydrates for atheletes, etc). Menus and meal times will always be adapted to the needs of your group.
