Prices and conditions
We have deliberately tried to keep our pricing simple and all-inclusive. We have chosen to price per person so that your costs are directly proportional to the number of people staying. This makes it easy for group organisers to plan their events with an absolute minimum of risk or added extras to consider. The following residential rates include all linens and towels, heating* and cleaning costs, use of all conference rooms and other facilities, and unlimited free tea and coffee all day!

Families and singles
The above prices are based on two or more adults per room. If you want to reserve a single room, there is supplement of 15 euros per day.
Children 2-12 years old are half price for food and accomodation. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsable adult. Children under 2 are free, but please note we do not have special beds, high chairs etc. suitable for very young children, so you should bring you own equipmentand any special foods needed for babies.
Catering
Unlike most gites, this is not a self-catering facility so you have all the privacy of your own exclusive accomodation, but you can relax and take a break from the cooking and washing-up! You can pre-reserve any arrangement of daily meals using the guide prices above, which represent 15 euros for a three course lunch without wine and 30 euros for a four course dinner with wine. We can also cater for special events (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, weddings) or special diets (vegetarian, diabetic, etc) and can offer special themed evenings of international cuisine (Thai, Chinese, Indian, American, Italian) and fancier or simpler meals by prior arrangement. There are also a number of restaurants in the area, from budget to gourmet, if you want to take some meals out.
The (professional) kitchen is not avilable to guests to use, but there is a large fridge in the bar and a small kitchenette on the first floor of the grange which you can use for extra drinks, snacks, and meals for babies and toddlers. However, we also have a bar license so additional drinks may also be purchased on site (everything from bottles of water and soft drinks, to wine and spirits).
We do not do 'Chambre de hôtes', or 'Table de hôtes', i.e. individual room bookings, or meals ordered on the day.
No smoking is permitted anywhere in the buildings. No pets.
Payment
A 25% booking deposit is required at least 12 weeks in advance and the balnce of payment on arrival. Payment can be made in Euros by French cheque or by credit card (Mastercard and VISA). A returnable security deposit of 500€ is also payable on arrival.
NOTE: There is a minimum fee of 1000€ for each rental. Normally the entire complex is rented to your group. Supplements may apply for special catering requirements (for example birthdays, New Year's) and multiple groups are occaisionally accepted at certain times (e.g. Le Mans 24 hr pr Classic race weekends) with the consent of all parties.
Non-residential parties can also be accepted by arrangement for seminars, weddings etc - contact us for details of renting specific facilitie such as the conference rooms.
*We do charge a supplement of 250 euros if you want to have the pool heated during the winter period of 1 November and 31 March, as it can take several days to warm up!
